Handmade in Sussex natural oak chopping board. Stripe inlay design made using African Utile wood. Large size; L58cm x 21cmW x 4cmH.
This really is a stand out board, super chunky at 4cm thick and unusually large dimension's. With its interesting grain patterns its bound to become the talking point of the kitchen.
Underside cut at angle to allow the board to be easily lifted and giving a pleasing aesthetic.
Handmade using fallen oak from Sussex that is around 400 years old which we then sand to give a silky smooth finish and treat with food grade oil & wax.
All our boards are one of a kind. The wood will show natural pips and burrs which create pleasing patterns and detail. No two boards are the same and the natural details add to the charm!
